If Big Companies that can't afford to pay for their employees' health insurance or give them better salaries; Companies listen to an employees' needs and complaints. The company then contacts the Organization, submitting a formal request for the employees' needs. The Organization is to have a universal insurance plan that it uses to cover medical costs. This is simply the spark; the Organization exists only through good will and donations from said Companies.
The goal: have the Organization recieving requests and donations for the working class, eventually being able to assist with schooling, healthcare, and cost-of-living and reaching out to more groups of people.
